How to Help Back Pain

As a physical therapist, I see people suffering from back pain nearly every day. I see and hear how that pain limits their ability to roll in bed, to get up from a chair, to sit, to stand or walk for long durations, to lift objects or participate in a favorite sport or leisure activity. For many people that I see, even the act of getting dressed or taking a bath can be excruciating. Back pain can even affect a person’s sex life!
